?Actions/Activity – e.g., "Harassing people on the street."
?Location/Direction – e.g., "Chicago, west of Millennium Park, on Michigan Ave."
Uniform/Clothing – e.g., "Dark blue uniforms labeled 'POLICE ICE' on the back."
?Time of Observation – e.g., "12:45 PM, January 20."
?Equipment/Weapons – e.g., "They have helmets and vests."
How to Identify ICE Vehicles
ICE agents may use unmarked cars or ones with Homeland Security or DHS logos.
Common ICE Vehicles:
Ford: Explorer, Expedition, F-150, Transit Van
Chevrolet: Tahoe, Silverado, Express Van
Dodge: Durango, Charger
GMC: Yukon, Sierra
Signs a vehicle may belong to ICE:
Regular or no license plates (sometimes dealership placards)
Ultra-dark tinted windows.
Police-style railing in the backseat.
Often operating in pairs.
CBP (Customs & Border Protection) is here because of the ports. They are NOT ICE.
Federal Protective Service Police is DHA but NOT ICE, and they don’t arrest immigrants. .
How to Identify ICE Agents
?Ask what agency they’re with and request a badge number (every ICE agent has one).
?Ask for their name and take note of it (legitimate agents are supposed to provide this).
?ICE agents may wear uniforms or dress in plain clothes. Look for vests labeled "FEDERAL AGENT," "POLICE," "ERO," "HSI," "DHS," or "ICE." They also sometimes wear masks/gaiters.
Cómo Reportar Actividad de ICE (Usa A.L.E.R.T.A.)
A – Agentes (tamaño / fuerza) – por ejemplo:
“Como 5 o 6 agentes y 2 camionetas.”
L – Lugar (ubicación / dirección) – por ejemplo:
“En Chicago, al oeste de Millennium Park, sobre la avenida Michigan.”
E – Están haciendo qué (acciones / actividad) – por ejemplo:
“Están cuestionando a la gente en la calle.”
R – Ropa / identificación (uniforme / vestimenta) – por ejemplo:
“Uniformes azul oscuro con ‘POLICE ICE’ en la espalda.”
T – Tiempo de la observación – por ejemplo:
“12:45 p.m., 20 de enero.”
A – Armamento / equipo – por ejemplo:
“Traen cascos y chalecos.”

Cómo Identificar Vehículos de ICE
Los agentes de ICE pueden usar carros sin indentificasion o sin logos de Homeland Security o DHS.
Vehículos comunes de ICE:
• Ford: Explorer, Expedition, F-150, Transit Van
• Chevrolet: Tahoe, Silverado, Express Van
• Dodge: Durango, Charger
• GMC: Yukon, Sierra
Señales de que un vehículo puede ser de ICE:
• Placas regulares, sin placas o con cartón de la agencia/vendedor
• Vidrios muy polarizados (súper oscuros)
• Rejillas tipo patrulla/ carro de policia en el asiento trasero
• Suelen operar en parejas (dos agentes o dos vehículos)
Importante:
• CBP (Customs & Border Protection) está aquí por los puertos, NO es ICE.
• Federal Protective Service Police es parte del DHS, pero NO es ICE y no arrestan a inmigrantes.
