Is it just me or has the team here stopped caring as much about? So so much dog poop everywhere! Bad parking, cars that haven’t moved with flats in 6 plus months. So many cars being worked on in the parking lot. That combined with the fact the pool will maybe be open for a week before fall hits. Feels like they have stopped caring a little bit.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We truly care about the community and want to make sure it remains a great place to live, so I’d like to respond to a few of the points you raised: 1. Pet Waste, Parking & Vehicle Concerns We absolutely want to address issues like pet waste, abandoned vehicles, and residents working on cars in the lot. To help us resolve these matters quickly and effectively, we ask that you provide specific details—such as the location of pet waste, the description or license plate of a vehicle with a flat tire, or the area where vehicle work is taking place. This allows us to follow up directly and make sure the issue is corrected. 2. Pool Opening The pool project has taken longer than expected because we redesigned it to provide more space and a better overall experience for residents. While we know it’s frustrating to wait, we’re confident the improvements will make it worth it and serve everyone better for years to come. 3. Our Commitment to the Community Please know that our team truly does care about Grant Creek Village, and we work every day to resolve as many issues as possible. If there is ever something bothering you, we always encourage you to stop by the office or set up a time to talk with us directly. Many things can be addressed much more quickly when we work together in partnership. Warm regards, Grant Creek Village Team
Can you please send out a reminder that dogs are required to be on leashes. multiple interactions with dogs off leash, not all dogs are friendly. Thank you!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We did send out a reminder notice to all residents that dogs must be on leashes at all times while outside. We know not all dogs are friendly, and leash safety is important for both pets and neighbors. If you come across anyone not following this rule and can provide a description of the person and their dog, please let us know. That information allows us to address the issue more directly with the right resident. Thank you so much for helping us keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone! —Grant Creek Village Management
There has been a recent influx of dog poop being left in the large grass area between buildings 5385 and 5301.
Thanks for letting us know. We’ve been going out and cleaning the area whenever it’s reported or noticed, but it does seem to be recurring. If you happen to see someone not picking up after their dog, please let us know right away with a quick description (person/dog, location, and time) so we can address it promptly and kindly. We really appreciate your help in keeping the community clean! —Grant Creek Village Management
We already have limited parking as it is. I live in 5384 and it'd be really nice if people couldn't leave 4 wheelers and junky cars in parking spaces that should be occupied by daily drivers and family vehicles. Thanks for your attention to this
Thank you for sharing your concern. We understand that parking around 5384 is already a tight area, and we agree that it’s frustrating when spaces are taken up by recreational vehicles or cars that aren’t being used regularly. This issue will be addressed more formally in our upcoming parking addendum, which is designed to help ensure that daily drivers and family vehicles have priority access to available spaces. In the meantime, we will be doing a property-wide sweep to identify vehicles that may be in violation and follow up as needed. We really appreciate your patience as we work to improve the parking situation for everyone. —Grant Creek Village Management
So glad the construction workers have taught my kids new words just from our quick trip to get the mail. I am in the trades and was pretty pissed to hear how they were talking.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I want to sincerely apologize for the language your children overheard. We absolutely do not find it acceptable for any child—or resident—to be exposed to profane or inappropriate language while on our property. Please know that we’ve addressed this issue with the construction crew immediately. We’ve made it clear that respectful conduct is required at all times while working at Grant Creek Village, especially in the presence of families. We appreciate you speaking up, and we’re committed to maintaining a safe and family-friendly environment for everyone here. -Grant Creek Village Team
We should have a community garage sale this summer! Perhaps using the clubhouse as home base?
Will you please send out a reminder of quiet hours? Ours neighbors like to play fetch in the middle of the night and it’s very loud. Thank you!
We’ll be sending out a reminder about quiet hours soon to help address the issue. If the noise continues, please feel free to fill out a resident complaint form and email it to beth@grantcreekvillage.com. Thank you again—we hope the reminder helps!
The parking lots are well lit at night, but the walkways (especially along the road and between buildings) are very dark at night. For safety reason some “street” lamps might make residents feel safer when walking their dogs, etc.
Thank you for sharing your suggestion. We love this idea and will continue to keep it in mind as we plan and develop future improvements to the community. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback!
Cameras setup along the public road. My partner had her spare tire stolen while she was parked on the road. I understand mgmt doesn't have any piece in vehicles or stolen property, but cameras would at least provide the police with more information for the report. Thank you for reading and consideration.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and suggestion with us. We’re very sorry to hear about the incident involving your partner’s vehicle. While the public road is outside of our direct management, we truly appreciate your feedback and will take your suggestion into consideration as we continue to look at ways to support the safety and security of the area.
If there is going to be a gym in the clubhouse, I would absolutely love to see a heavy bag for some boxing and a barbell set! Maybe some kind of stationary bike as well :)
Thank you for your suggestion! We have been actively looking into what we can accommodate, and we appreciate you sharing what you’d like to see in the clubhouse gym.

Please have someone take care of all the weeds growing in the rocks outside the building entrances. They are getting out of control!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve recognized the issue with the weeds growing in the rocks outside the building entrances and understand that it’s becoming quite noticeable. Our resources have been occupied with other pressing tasks recently, but addressing this is definitely on our list. I agree with you—it’s not ideal seeing the weeds taking over, and we’ll make sure it’s taken care of in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience!
Another dog poop trash bin close/next to dumpsters. Having to bring in my dogs to toss their poop with trash and food that has fallen is a challenge to keep them from eating things they shouldn’t, as well as them possibly stepping on dangerous debris.
I understand the concern about having a dog poop trash bin close to the dumpsters. Could you please let us know which specific trash enclosure or area this would be most beneficial for you? This will help us address the issue more effectively and ensure a safer environment for your dogs. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
As you continue to build I recommend adding a fenced in gravel floored dog park. Doesn’t have to be large, maybe with a bench or two and some dog like stuff like a fake hydrant in it. This allows dog owners to bring their dogs there to “do their business” and saves the grass from dying. It’s also very social and worked well in my last complex. Dogs needed to be supervised by owners at all times. There was length enough for a game of frisbee or catch.

Is there any type of snow removal protocol? Seems like they’re coming all hours of the night from 12 AM to 3 AM. Seems very disrespectful to me to do it at that time of night when there are several hundred people that are trying to sleep. Today is a prime example, They will have all day to plow and do sidewalks and they’ll show up tonight in the middle of the night???? Also, the plow they’re using on your main sidewalk on expo is too wide and they’re destroying your grass on the inside edges. Having them come in at reasonable hours would make more sense, and give you happier tenants.

Have a space that is fenced with grass for a dog park.
We would greatly appreciate poop dna testing being done. There is a black lab who lives on the first floor of the 2900 building who’s owners have been seen on 4-5 occasions not picking up after the dog
I live in the 2990 apartments. Many of us own dogs and I’m so happy we get to have our best friends in our homes. A challenge that has arisen is people walking their dog off leash in the parking lot. The other day a German shepard named Thor came sprinting over to me and my dog who is very dog selective. His owner did not have control of him. There is another German Shepard in my building that seems kind enough, but the owners are very careful to make sure it does not greet other dogs. That might be because of a number of things and I choose to believe it’s not because the dog is dangerous. However, coming up the stairs I’ve come around a blind corner and my dog and their dog have met. It was alarming to both of us and I started to wonder if we can have rounded mirrors at blind corners so we can see if someone is coming around the corner with their dog or not.
Can something be done about the ice in the parking lot? I’m concerned about my safety every time I try to get in or out of my vehicle.
If possible I would like to see garbage cans outside or inside of the main entrance.
